Our development package offers you a great opportunity to take advantage of a substantial revenue stream within a realistic time-frame.

Step 1

Fill out our enquiry form and we will conduct an initial site appraisal to see if your site is suitable for wind development. We will respond to you within 2 working days.

Step 2

If your site is suitable we will conduct a feasibility study. This will involve considering the impact of constructing a turbine on the site, reviewing access routes and planning a possible grid connection to export the power. During the 2nd step, we will arrange to meet you and visit the proposed site.

Step 3

If the site is feasible and you are keen to progress the project, we would initially establish legal ownership of the land and then discuss commercial terms.

Once both sides are happy with the proposal a 'Heads of Terms' document will be signed by both parties. The planning application work will then commence.
